For RNS epilepsy patients

Understand your seizures.See what surrounds them.

Neurotrace turns your RNS data, wearable biometrics, and your own words into the patterns your brain has been keeping all along.

We'll use this email only for Neurotrace early-access updates and invites. Do not submit medical details here.

RNS gave you a treatment.
Neurotrace gives you a story.

Your RNS records your brain twenty-four hours a day. By the time you sit across from your neurologist, you've forgotten what Tuesday felt like — and they're left reading exports out of context. We built Neurotrace so the context never leaves the room. Your sleep last night, the strain of yesterday, the half-sentence you wrote at 4 a.m. — all sitting next to the data, in plain language.

For drug-resistant focal cases, RNS is hope. Neurotrace is the next step after.

your RNS is recording
Without context, it's noise. With your story, it's a map.

Three quiet steps. The rest happens
while you live your life.

  1. Connect

    Plug in the three streams.

Upload your RNS exports straight from the patient programmer. Sync wearable context from WHOOP or Apple Health. Write a few lines about how today felt — anything from “foggy” to a full paragraph.

  2. Pattern

We listen to all of it at once.

Sleep, strain, HRV, time of day, what you ate, how you slept. Neurotrace surfaces the correlations a neurologist would need months of charts to find — and shows you which ones are actually strong.

  3. Live

Get cues that mean something to you.

A gentle nudge to wind down by 10:30 because your last three events followed nights under six hours. A heads-up after a hard workout. Personal — never generic.

Your brain data is the most personal data there is. We treat it that way.

Designed against the HIPAA Security Rule from day one — not retrofitted. Formal HIPAA attestation and SOC 2 Type II are in progress during 2026, and we'll keep saying “in progress” until they're signed. We'd rather show you exactly what we do than wave a badge around.

Built against the HIPAA Security Rule
Designed to the Security Rule's technical safeguards from day one. Health data is stored per-user with row-level access control and is never co-mingled with marketing or analytics. Business Associate Agreements and a formal audit are in progress, not finished — we'll say so plainly until they are.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest, and OAuth tokens sealed with authenticated encryption. Your iEEG is sensitive — we treat it that way.
You own it. You can take it.
Export everything to CSV or share with your care team in two clicks. Delete your account from Settings and your data — including uploaded recordings — is removed immediately and permanently.
Never sold. Never used for ads.
No ad networks. No third-party trackers. Research partnerships only with your explicit, per-study consent.

Questions, asked plainly.

RNS (Responsive Neurostimulation) is an implanted device from NeuroPace that monitors and responds to brain activity in people with drug-resistant focal epilepsy. Neurotrace is built around the data it exports — so yes, an RNS device is required for now. We're exploring support for other long-term EEG devices.
No. Neurotrace is a personal insight and journaling tool. It doesn't diagnose, treat, or predict seizures, and it doesn't replace your neurologist or your medication plan. Bring what you learn to your care team — that's where it does the most good.
No, but WHOOP or Apple Health can add useful signals such as sleep, HRV, heart rate, activity, and workouts. Without a wearable source, you'll still get RNS overview and journal pattern surfacing.
Very. We use healthcare-grade infrastructure, AES-256 encryption, and zero third-party tracking. You can export or delete your entire history at any time. We don't sell data and we don't use it to train external models.
Free during early access. When we launch publicly, individual pricing will be subscription-based with an option to sponsor a low-income patient — final pricing TBD with the waitlist.
We're inviting users in waves through the summer of 2026. Earlier waitlist signups get earlier invites, and we prioritize people who can give us detailed feedback in the first few weeks.

Your patterns. Your life.
Your turn to live ahead.

We'll write once a month at most until your invite. No marketing fluff. No medical advice.
